About Us
D&S Consultants was set up in 2002 as a small consultancy. We enjoy working with businesses to ensure they reduce any waste and improve sales by taking control and being aware of opportunities that are available.

We do this through three key services: postal management; data management; quality management.

·    We identify key areas of postal savings, determine most effective products and carriers and engage with key stakeholders who can optimise your postal expenditure.

·     We identify problem areas in operational processes and quality management and provide a range of solutions from operational process change through to industry standard accreditation.

·     We identify problems in data management within the organisation through a simple audit of data processes and provide remedial solutions to improve data management.

We are a small company and therefore have the flexibility to ensure we meet all the clients requirements in our work. We do not believe in one size fits all and work very closely with our clients to ensure we fully understand their business.
